Jobcenter Manager (m/f/d)

In this key role, you actively shape the framework for the professional reorientation of employees after reorganizations and contribute centrally to the social responsibility of CFF. You assume hierarchical responsibility for employees after a job loss and find the balance between individual support and clear entrepreneurial and legal requirements. As a member of the Arbeitsmarktcenter and CFF Anyway management team, you combine strategic development and operational steering and shape the future of the Jobcenter on a Swiss scale. You operate in a complex and dynamic environment, with a wide field of action, many stakeholders and a tangible impact for employees and the company.  Benefits such as free AG, discounted foreign travel - also for the family - are available on our website under "Benefits".  What you bring. • As an integrative, stress-resistant and conflict-capable leadership personality, you have experience in leading employees or teams in contexts of change and demanding leadership and know how to set personal and professional boundaries. • Thanks to your sense of communication, your presence and your awareness of impact, you intervene with confidence even in difficult situations, rally different stakeholders to your projects and build lasting relationships. • Your open personality and your networking skills allow you to collaborate in a targeted and win-win manner with various interest groups. • You have experience in the use of indicators, analyses and controlling instruments, as well as in the definition of measurable objectives, the development of targeted concepts and decision-making based on qualitative and quantitative data. • You hold a master's degree in business administration, psychology, work / social sciences or in a comparable field. You also have experience in project management, consulting and coaching, as well as knowledge of professional integration, reorientation, reintegration, job loss, collective labor agreement (CCT) and regional employment offices (ORP). • For this position, excellent written and oral skills in German (C2) are required. Knowledge of other national languages is an asset.
