The Freiburghaus station offers a versatile and demanding field of work for psychiatric nursing. The focus is on the treatment of female and male patients with complex psychological burdens, particularly in the area of trauma-related disorders and sleep disorders. Our treatments are oriented, among other things, towards the CBASP model, which is designed jointly by psychology and nursing, as well as towards an integrative nursing concept with group offerings, peer support, and milieu therapeutic approaches. As Specialist Responsibility Nursing, you will specifically contribute your experience and expertise, strengthen the team in the implementation of evidence-based nursing, and actively participate in the further development of the station concept. Together with the ward management and the interprofessional team, you will shape patient-oriented nursing, promote nursing quality, and provide impulses for the further development of treatment.
