If you recognize yourself in this profile, here are the missions that will shape your daily life: Ensure the billing of laboratory services to patients, health insurance funds and institutions as well as the management of refunds and their follow-up; Manage reminders and ensure the administrative follow-up of debt collection files; Process refusals from health insurance funds, notably returns, reversals and rebilling; Respond to requests from patients, insurers and institutions in connection with the billing of services. The required skills CFC as a commercial employee or equivalent Confirmed experience in billing Very good knowledge of usual office software and advanced level for Excel Experience and ease with integrated management tools (ERP) Excellent ease in written correspondence and telephone exchanges with a customer orientation Mastery of the French language, both written and oral; knowledge of German and/or English is an asset Experience or good knowledge of the medical environment and more particularly the laboratory field, is a plus!
