We are looking for a Accounting Assistant at 50% Missions: Daily management of liquidity and account movements Daily import of QR files and manual payment entries Import of DTA files and manual disbursement entries Establishment of various monthly files (various Excel tables) Import and entry of expense reports Processing of credit cards Entry of general expenses and registration of QR bulletins Entry of accounting entries (including journal entries, leases, transit, etc.) Help with monthly closures and participate in the annual accounting closure Management of debt collection Sought profile: Holder of a degree in accounting Proven experience in accounting of 3 to 5 years IN SWITZERLAND Great analytical sense and ease with numbers Autonomy and ability to anticipate and prioritize tasks Rigor, precision, sense of organization, proactivity and sense of responsibility Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite Knowledge of SAP a plus Written and oral mastery of French Why apply?
