What to expect from you ##

As Head of Sales Support, you are responsible for the leadership, organization, and further development of the sales and broker support of the General Agency. You ensure efficient and high-quality sales support, further develop processes and structures, and promote the professional and personal development of the employees.

What you will achieve with us ##

You lead and develop the central hub between customers, broker partners, our specialist departments, the management, as well as our insurance and pension advisors. With the help of your team leaders, you further develop your department of 16 employees, ensure professional cooperation with the brokers, and are responsible for the quality and achievement of your department's goals. As a member of the management board of the General Agency, you actively participate in the further development of the General Agency.

As an organizational and leadership talent, you are a role model for your team. You ensure the professional development of your team and support your colleagues in their daily work.

What you bring with you ##

• Completed training in the insurance industry and completion of a federal professional diploma, higher technical college, or university of applied sciences
• Several years of professional experience in the insurance industry, preferably at Mobiliar, leadership experience
• Empathy and joy in promoting your own team
• Independent, customer-oriented, and entrepreneurial way of working
• Authentic, winning, and loyal personality
• Fluent German skills, knowledge of other languages is a plus
