For a large company in the Bienne region, we are looking for motivated and communicative people to strengthen the team during the most intense sales period of the year. For approximately 1.5 months, you will be in direct contact with customers and will ensure that everything runs smoothly, even in the event of high demand and many orders.

Your tasks

• Telephone assistance and advice to our customers
• Processing of orders as well as customer requests
• Active advice and sale of our products
• Answering questions regarding products and orders
• Professional and friendly relationship with customers
• You maintain an overview even during the intense Black Friday phase

What you bring

• You speak Swiss German / dialect fluently
• You are communicative and enjoy contact with people
• Your attitude is friendly, empathetic and convincing
• You like to sell and can adapt to different types of customers
• You remain friendly, focused and well-organized even in the event of high traffic
• You are available for the entire mission from mid-October to the end of November
