YOUR TASKS ## • Technical advice and training of employees from all clinic areas on infection prevention and hospital hygiene issues • Planning and implementation of hygiene audits as well as derivation of improvement and optimization measures • Development, implementation and evaluation of hygiene concepts and prevention strategies • Data collection, analysis and evaluation within the framework of national and local surveillance programs • Close interdisciplinary cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, in particular with partner doctors, infectiologists and other specialists YOUR PROFILE ## Technical qualifications • Training in the health care system (e.g. nursing HF/FH or diploma level) with completed further training in the field of infection prevention/hospital hygiene • Ideally, professional experience in a risk area such as an operating department, intensive care unit or a comparable clinical environment Personal competencies • Structured, independent and responsible way of working • Pronounced communication skills as well as the ability to convey technical topics in a comprehensible manner • Power of persuasion, assertiveness and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation You can expect a motivated, committed and multiprofessional team in a forward-looking work environment.
