Socioprofessional instructor, Socioprofessional instructor

within the weaving workshop at 70%

Your mission :

• Co-manage the weaving workshop, develop and implement activities in respect of the capacities and the socioprofessional follow-up of the residents
• Accompany the residents daily in their activities, evaluate their capacities and adapt techniques according to each person's abilities
• Promote autonomy and self-determination, support the personal development of the residents
• Participate in the development and preparation of the residents' summaries, conduct and manage the individualized support project
• Develop and maintain collaboration with the different teams

Your profile :

• Holder of a diploma as a Socioprofessional instructor ES or Educator, Educator ES/HES or a title deemed equivalent
• Confirmed experience attested by a prior CFC in a trade such as fabric creator or training deemed equivalent
• Excellent technical knowledge for textile activities
• Warping and mounting capacities on looms or interest in specific training in the field
• Significant experience with persons presenting an intellectual disability and associated disorders
• Organizational skills and ability to work both autonomously and in a multidisciplinary team
• Empathy and willingness to work alongside persons presenting an intellectual disability and associated disorders
• Physical and psychic resistance allowing for facing complex situations
• Sense of listening and ability to promote interdisciplinary collaboration
