Urgent, in order to join a renowned home in the guidance and support of children with multiple disabilities, we are looking for a long-term mission :
Socio-educational Assistant 60%
You will join a multidisciplinary team and will be in charge of the following missions :
Accompanying beneficiaries in daily life gestures and in interventions specific to their personalized project.
Collaborating with the care and housekeeping teams to guarantee consistent and benevolent care.
You participate in and/or develop various and varied animations and are proactive in suggesting activities.
Strengthening the autonomy and integration of beneficiaries
Your profile :
Hold a CFC as a socio-educational assistant or a title deemed equivalent (SEFRI recognition mandatory for foreign diplomas).
Experience in a similar position is an asset.
Benevolence and empathy towards residents
Rigor and respect for protocols
The ability to work in a team and to collaborate with the different professionals of the establishment
Reactivity and adaptability in the face of unforeseen situations
