Are you a Carpenter EFZ, Carpenter EFZ, or Woodworker EBA, do you own a motorhome or a caravan, and would you like to combine work with travel?

For various established timber construction companies in Central Switzerland, we are looking for motivated specialists for temporary assignments. You will work on interesting timber construction projects during the week and use your free time to discover the most beautiful regions of Switzerland with your camper.

Our clients are located in the cantons of Luzern, Obwalden, Nidwalden, Schwyz, Zug, and Uri. Depending on experience, desired duration of assignment, and location, we will jointly search for a timber construction company and a suitable campsite in the area.

Working and Camping in Switzerland

With our Work-&-Camp offer, you can combine your profession as a carpenter with life in a motorhome or caravan.

You will work for several weeks or months at a timber construction company in Central Switzerland. After work and on weekends, you can discover lakes, mountains, cities, and excursion destinations in the region. The offer is ideal for:

Job Description ##

Your tasks vary depending on experience and the operating company and may include the following work:

• Erecting timber structures
• Assembly of prefabricated timber construction elements
• Element construction and timber system construction
• Facade construction and facade assembly
• Interior finishing with wood
• Roof constructions and roof renovations
• Conversions and old building renovations
• Assembly of walls, ceilings, and roof elements
• General carpentry and timber construction work
• Work according to construction plans and technical drawings
• Operation of machines and tools
• Cooperation in production and on construction sites

We expect ##

• Completed training as Carpenter EFZ, Carpenter EFZ, or Woodworker EBA
• Alternatively, comparable training as a carpenter or journeyman carpenter
• Professional experience in timber construction is an advantage
• Motivated recent graduates are also welcome
• Own motorhome, own camper, or caravan
• Readiness for a multi-week or multi-month temporary assignment
• Independent, reliable, and precise way of working
• Joy in working in a team
• Physical resilience and motivation
• Good German skills
• Driver's license category B
