Introduction

For a warmly managed nursing home in Val Lumnezia, we are looking for a committed and responsible personality as a Ward Manager. In this key role, you will combine professional competence with leadership skills and actively help shape an appreciative care culture.

Tasks

• Leadership and development of the nursing team
• Ensuring high-quality care and support
• Organization and coordination of daily ward operations
• Responsibility for nursing processes and quality assurance
• Close cooperation with relatives and interdisciplinary partners

Profile

• Education as Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF or Fachmannfrau Gesundheit EFZ
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage
• Further training in the field of leadership or interest in further training in this area
• Joy in dealing with elderly people
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
