Sales Back Office Clerk f/m 60-80 %

per immediately or by arrangement

Your tasks

• Processing of customer orders from entry to invoicing
• Telephone consultation of commercial customers and consumers
• Order processing with suppliers
• Maintenance of article and master data as well as product launches
• Creation of sales documents, price lists, and mailings
• Support in the management of Key Accounts
• General administrative tasks in the sales back office

You bring with you

• Commercial training, further education in sales an advantage
• At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in the consumer goods sector
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems
• Good French, English an advantage
• Structured, independent way of working and high customer orientation
