As a full-time caretaker or full-time caretaker at the Migros-Pensionskasse, you have a responsible task in which you can demonstrate your strengths such as independence, organizational talent, and flexibility daily. You look after our properties in Meilen, Herrliberg, Küsnacht and Erlenbach. What you move * First point of contact for our tenants * Assistance with the re-letting of rental properties (showing apartments etc.) as well as apartment acceptances and handovers (electronically with iPad) * Carrying out minor repair work as well as issuing, coordinating, and monitoring orders to craftsmen * Care of technical systems (heating/ventilation etc.) * Maintaining the surroundings (flowerbed care, mowing lawns, trimming hedges etc.) * Cleaning of various outdoor areas and general rooms (parking garage, heating room etc.) * Checking invoices for correctness and completeness and signing them (electronically) * Readiness to carry out special assignments in exceptional cases (winter service) What you bring * Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ) * Specialization: Facility management or technical/manual profession * Professional experience: At least 5 years in caretaker services * Driver's license Cat.
