We are looking for a Head of Human Resources 80% (m/w/d) Tasks • Management of the HR department • Contact person for management on HR-relevant topics • Further development of HR processes • Personnel recruitment and development in cooperation with the responsible managing directors • Handling of the entire personnel administration from A-Z in cooperation with an assistant • Responsible for payroll accounting including social security in • Cooperation with an assistant • Management of the applicant management • Responsible for health management • Driving digitalization in HR Qualification • Completed commercial training • Further training as an HR specialist with federal diploma or comparable • Leadership experience • Several years of experience in a comparable function • Sound knowledge of Swiss labor and social insurance law • Native German language, French language skills are an advantage • Proficient IT skills (MS Office, Abacus) • High advisory and decision-making competence • You are a discreet, trustworthy and loyal personality with a structured and precise way of working • You have a networked and solution-oriented way of thinking and always maintain an overview, even in hectic times We look forward to your application documents.
