• Completed education at the level of a higher vocational college, in the field of computer science or business informatics, and further training in project management

Technical and methodological

• Several years of experience in project management and control, ideally in a public law environment
• PM certification as well as experience with process modeling (BPMN) is an advantage
• Knowledge of change, risk, and quality management in the public sector is an advantage

• Lateral leadership competence, strong communication skills, and a confident appearance
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented thinking; high level of personal responsibility
