Socio-Educational Assistant (M/F)
Job Description
Accompany and support employees with disabilities
Be attentive to their needs and ensure adapted socio-educational support
Promote their autonomy, integration and participation within the workshop
Ensure the maintenance of a benevolent and secure working environment
Collaborate with the various stakeholders and workshop managers
Occasionally provide support to the workshop activities when necessary, without production constituting the main function of the position
Profile sought
CFC as Socio-educational Assistant (ASE) or a title deemed equivalent - indispensable
Experience in supporting people with disabilities
Experience with people presenting psychic and/or mental disabilities constitutes a real asset
Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of listening and benevolence
Patience, empathy and good adaptability
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
