Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees are committed daily to the well-being of our patients. ### Your tasks   Administration and coordination • Administrative support for the Clinic Director • Administrative support incl. appointment management for the Senior Medical Staff • Coordination of personnel recruitments • Processing of expenses as well as general administrative and organizational tasks • Support with correspondence, expert reports, letters of support and annual reports   Third-party funds and finance • Administrative support of third-party fund projects including account openings and invoicing • Monthly balance control and preparation of third-party fund overviews   Events and communication • Organization of continuing education, symposia, retreats and other clinic events • Maintenance of the intranet and internet presence Your profile • Commercial training or comparable qualification • Experience in an administrative or organizational function, ideally in healthcare • Independent, structured and reliable way of working as well as strong organizational talent • Enjoyment of a versatile activity and cooperation with different internal and external bodies • Very good German and good English skills • Confident handling of MS Office and digital work tools Our benefits We look forward to your application Rahel Aggeler Recruiting About the USZ Das Universitätsspital Zürich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland.
