Highly qualified employees are the guarantee of our success. www.proxes.com For our Rheinfelden site, we are looking for a motivated Strategic Production and Operations Planner (m/f) 100% Our requirements: • Completed technical training in the field of mechanics, electrotechnics or metal construction • Additional training as a team leader, workshop manager, industrial master or technician • A few years of professional experience, ideally with initial management experience • Knowledge of occupational safety, quality management and production planning • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills • Organizational talent, flexibility and stress resistance • Proficiency in MS Office and enjoyment of working with digital assembly Your main tasks: • Optimize processes/workflows/work plans • Capacity management and monitoring of relevant KPIs: utilization rate, productivity, OTD and planned/actual hours • Interface between project management, service, purchasing and production • Develop and maintain project and work plans in consultation with production and project managers (adjustments, optimizations, dates and schedules) • Assign work requests in collaboration with the assembly team leader • Management of missing parts • Create production orders (parts, machines, repairs, etc.) • Activate, release bills of materials and issue setting authorizations • Monitoring of machine orders We offer: • A future-oriented position in a company operating internationally • Flexible hours, i.e., variable hours • Fair remuneration • Friendly and dynamic working atmosphere You like to work both independently and in a team, you are goal-oriented and achieve them, you are stress-resistant and reliable.
