To complement our Category Management team, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a

Purchasing Clerk 100% (m/f/d)

Here you will bubble with enthusiasm:

• Independent operative procurement of our products from national and international suppliers
• Monitor orders, delivery dates, and product availability and actively follow up
• Organize transports and imports as well as process customs and import documents
• Check supplier invoices and conditions
• Create pre-calculations and process import dossiers
• Keep an eye on stocks, ranges, and expiry dates and initiate measures early
• Work closely with Product & Brand Management, logistics, and sales
• Question delivery conditions and independently achieve good solutions in smaller negotiations
• Maintain master data and processes cleanly and actively contribute potential for improvement
• Consistently use existing digital tools and participate in the further development of our purchasing processes

What you have in the assortment:

• Commercial training and ideally initial experience in purchasing, dispatching, or importing
• Very good digital skills and enjoyment of ERP systems, Excel, and data-based working
• Negotiation skills and the courage to inquire and renegotiate with suppliers
• Independent, precise, and structured way of working
• Understanding of numbers and entrepreneurial thinking
• Solution-oriented personality
• Good German skills; English for cooperation with international suppliers
• Interest in wine, spirits, and beverages is a plus – but not a must
