As part of the team, you contribute to the development, operation, and further development of our AI-supported, agent-based product that delivers insights from enterprise-scale systems.
Develop, create, and maintain scalable data services, cloud infrastructure, AI agents, and platform components
Contribute to infrastructure automation, CI/CD processes, and Infrastructure-as-Code initiatives
Improve system reliability, observability, performance, scalability, and security across the platform
Work with the engineering and data teams to research modern AI/data technologies and contribute to improving the platform architecture
Your skills
Experience with software engineering practices, REST APIs, and authentication/authorization processes
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral. German or French are an advantage
Understanding of cloud platforms and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as AWS CloudFormation or CDK
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, as well as operational monitoring and logging
Practical knowledge in Python and SQL as well as familiarity with data engineering concepts, AI/LLM applications, or GitOps
Strong communication and cooperation skills
Problem-solving oriented thinking with a focus on operational quality
Proactive attitude and the ability to work independently if required
Curiosity and the willingness to learn new technologies and approaches
