Tasks

• Contact point for many important and critical pieces of information regarding products, markets, competitors, customers, logistics and production
• Responsible for strategic direction and successful sales
• Continuous interaction with external and internal stakeholders
• Identifying market opportunities and needs
• Sharpening the customer benefit as well as the strategic direction of your portfolio
• Defining and prioritizing product requirements as well as communicating product requirements to internal stakeholders
• Leading the responsible project teams
• Creating the targeted market strategy and proactive collaboration to ensure sustainable commercial success of your portfolio
• Responsible for the entire product life cycle of your portfolio, from the idea to the end-of-life announcement

Profile

• Technical degree in industrial engineering, engineering, process engineering, chemistry, physics or related disciplines as well as further training in business administration
• Several years of professional experience in international product management of semiconductor products
• Market and industry knowledge in Micro-Optic is an advantage
• Comprehensive experience in translating customer needs into successful product strategies
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• High affinity for technical topics
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
• Solution-oriented way of working
