Mandated by one of our clients active in the industrial sector in Valais, we are looking for:

Maintenance Manager (M/F)

• Technical training (mechanic, electrician, mechatronics technician) or equivalent
• Very good knowledge of German and/or English mandatory
• Proven experience in industrial maintenance
• Experience in team management and organization of interventions
• Good command of maintenance tools (type SAP PM)
• Comfortable with performance indicators and optimization
• Structured, reactive and solution-oriented person
• Full management of the maintenance of installations and equipment
• Organization and supervision of interventions and troubleshooting
• Supervision and development of a technical team
• Management of spare parts and logistical flows
• Monitoring of costs and implementation of concrete optimizations
• Participation in continuous improvement and modernization projects
• Guaranteeing the safety, compliance and performance of installations
