Your tasks • You are the first point of contact for the volunteers. • You coordinate the assignments of the volunteers in consultation with the nursing professionals. • The recruitment, induction, and support of the volunteers is a further part of your task. • You organize further training, team events, and information sessions for the volunteers. Your profile • Basic training in the social, health, or commercial sector with experience in a hospital environment • strong social competence and high communication skills • organizational skills, flexibility, as well as a structured and independent way of working • Good IT user knowledge Your salary ## Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 66'000 and 86'000 Franken per year. The exact salary amount depends on your education and professional experience. In the course of the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may, in individual cases, also be classified below the salary range. In many cases, allowances are provided for irregular working hours. Further salary development depends on your performance and the financial possibilities of the Eleonorenstiftung.
