Building Technology Planner / Project Manager Sanitary 80-100%

Your tasks:

• Independent opening, control and completion of customer projects
• Creation and processing of offers and orders for industrially prefabricated solutions
• Creation of CAD planning documents incl. feasibility study and material extraction
• Issuance of production releases and obtaining "Good for execution"
• Coordination of internal and external interfaces
• Synchronization of deadlines, deliveries and transports with customers
• Technical consulting and customer service
• Leadership and monitoring of performance partners and service providers

Your profile:

• Completed technical basic training in the field of sanitary, heating, building technology or a related construction or installation technology
• Good CAD skills, SAP knowledge an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in project management an advantage
• Confident handling of the German language in word and writing
• Knowledge of French and/or Italian language an advantage
• High customer and service orientation as well as enjoyment of a hub function
• Exact and reliable working method
• Digital affinity
