The Saphir Foundation, a multi-mission foundation (psychogeriatrics, geriatrics, adult psychiatry), is active in the medical-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and accompaniment of vulnerable people in their physical and mental integrity throughout their life process. We are looking for our EMS Mont-Riant establishment in Yverdon-les-Bains, which welcomes 56 people and is specialized in the field of advanced age psychiatry: Health Auxiliary CRS (F/H/D) in permanent position at 80% - EMS Mont-Riant Regardless of their function, Saphir Foundation professionals have a common will, that of accompanying people on a daily basis to enable them to concretely experience the institutional strategy of services according to the aedis model "like at home". That is, to preserve their habits as much as possible, offer a response adapted to their wishes and, through real interprofessional collaboration, promote their well-being and quality of life. As a health auxiliary CRS, you accompany people in their daily lives (acts of daily life, social, spiritual, domestic activities) while ensuring their autonomy is preserved and taking into account the accompaniment project. You contribute to a secure and convivial atmosphere. You participate in the accompaniment project of the person by ensuring that their environment is adapted to their needs. You will collaborate in interprofessionality and adapt your practices to the needs of each person and participate in the implementation of individualized accompaniments.
