To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed personality as of 1 October or by arrangement as a Healthcare Professional EFZ with Vocational Trainer Function 40–60 % (m/f/d) Your tasks Care, support, and accompaniment of our residents taking their individual needs into account. Planning, implementation, and documentation of professional and appreciative care and support. Assumption of daily responsibility shifts. Co-responsibility for quality assurance and the further development of nursing quality. Accompaniment, promotion, and training of our apprentices in everyday life. Collaboration with the entire care team. Active shaping of a familial and lively living environment. Your profile Completed training as a Healthcare Professional EFZ or an equivalent qualification. Vocational trainer certificate present or willingness to acquire it. Joy in passing on knowledge and accompanying young professionals on their path. Interest in age-specific topics as well as an appreciative basic attitude towards older people and their relatives. Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working. High social, professional, and self-competence. Team-oriented, open, and motivating personality. Good German language skills in speaking and writing.
