We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and versatile person who appreciates administrative work as much as human contact and event organization. If you like working in a small team where everyone contributes, we would like to meet you. Your daily life You will play a central role in the functioning of our section by: ensuring the common administrative tasks of the secretariat; welcoming, informing, and accompanying our members and visitors to our point of contact when necessary; organizing and coordinating different events and activities; ensuring the administrative follow-up of our activities and files; collaborating with the entire team to guarantee a quality service; participating in the management of our website; occasionally carrying out the invoicing of our technical center and, if you are interested, contributing to our presence on social networks (a real asset, but not an essential condition). Your profile You are a person who likes to take initiatives, work autonomously while appreciating teamwork and have: excellent command of French; good knowledge of German (level B2 minimum); good ease with computer and digital tools; excellent sense of organization and priorities; a pronounced taste for customer contact and service; a positive, flexible, and committed personality.
