Your responsibilities • You are an integral part of our kitchen team and you work with fresh products, which we prefer to purchase from regional suppliers. • You ensure that the buffet is clean and complete. • You ensure at all times the preparation of products, their freshness and their quality. • You contribute to creating an attractive market atmosphere in accordance with the concept. • You ensure that the space assigned to you is well organized, clean and complete. • You systematically respect the prescribed hygiene rules. Your profile • Ideally, you have a basic training as a cook CFC or as a system catering specialist CFC. • You already have extensive professional experience as a pizzaiolo/pizzaiola or in an equivalent activity. • You are able to adapt to a high volume of customers and you keep your calm and an overview in busy situations. • You convince through your seller intuition, your particular sensitivity to our customers and your positive energy. • You attach great importance to an autonomous, clean and motivated style of work. • You use the available resources carefully and in a sustainable manner. • You speak French very well and preferably know Italian.
