Your tasks: * Independent processing of approved loan applications * Creation of all necessary credit and security documents * Mapping and management of mortgages and securities (e.g. land charges, policies, guarantees) * Creation of payment promises and timely execution of payments * Ensuring all conditions for the release of mortgages and payments * Accompaniment and correct termination of business cases in personal responsibility * Correspondence with land registry offices, notaries, banks and insurance companies * Dutiful handling of potential risks Your team Your new team consists of a dynamic mix of employees with a positive you-culture.
