To complete our teams with our specialized clients in Geneva, we are looking for an Assistant socio éducatif You will join a multidisciplinary team within a renowned establishment in Geneva, and you will actively participate in the well-being and comfort of children. Your missions: • Accompanying beneficiaries with disabilities and multiple disabilities, adults and children, in daily life tasks and in specific interventions related to their personalized project. • You collaborate on the quality of care and project follow-up in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. • Collaborate with care and maintenance teams to ensure consistent and supportive care. • You participate in and/or develop various and varied activities and are a force of proposal for activities. • Reinforce the autonomy and integration of beneficiaries • The activity rate is between 25 to 34 hours/week, spread over 4 days. • Day work Your profile: • Hold a CFC in socio-educational assistance or an equivalent title (SEFRI recognition mandatory for foreign diplomas). • Experience in a similar position for 2 years • Kindness and empathy towards residents • Rigor and respect for protocols • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with the different professionals in the establishment • Reactivity and adaptability in the face of unforeseen situations The position is to be filled from August 2026 to the end of September 2026 and potentially extendable.
