Introduction

Tasks

• You are at the center of the action and lead your team directly on the sales floor
• You take responsibility for your department and actively manage its economic development
• You plan personnel deployment, conduct conversations, and specifically develop your team further
• You analyze key figures, recognize potentials, and derive concrete measures
• You ensure that processes, goods flow, and presentation function efficiently
• You design your department independently and make entrepreneurial decisions in everyday life

Profile

• You have training in retail or a comparable qualification (m/f/d)
• You bring experience in a leadership function in retail or a comparable environment
• You enjoy working closely with the team and taking responsibility on the floor
• You think entrepreneurially and understand operational key figures and correlations
• You communicate confidently in German and English and move confidently within the team
• You convince with energy, decisiveness, and the will to consistently achieve goals
