People with dementia need people who are there for them.
Sonnweid is considered one of the leading institutions for people with dementia. In our competence center, our 330 employees from various specialist areas care for and nurse 174 residents. General practitioners and geriatric psychiatrists ensure medical care. The differentiated living and care concept is adapted to the stage of the disease. Our semi-acute station offers a temporary home for people with particularly challenging behavior, while the day/night station relieves caring relatives with day and holiday stays.
Our mission statement, which places the needs of the person suffering from dementia at the center, forms the basis for our daily actions. With joy and conviction, we do everything we can to ensure that the residents feel comfortable and at home in Sonnweid. In doing so, we respect each other in our individuality and support each other in challenging situations.

Your task
Individual and relationship-oriented care, nursing, and accompaniment of our residents
Design/implementation of the nursing process, the living environment, and daily activities incl. activation
Implementation of the primary caregiver system
Accompaniment and advice for relatives
Participation in family meetings and case discussions
Interdisciplinary cooperation in the team and with the doctors and other partners
Assumption of daily responsibility
Ensuring nursing documentation and a good flow of information
No night shifts
You bring with you
Completed training as Healthcare or Care Specialist EFZ, Nursing Specialist HF, DN I/II, AKP, PSKP, KWS, IKP
Joy in relationship-oriented work
