For a modern nursing institution in the Basel region, we are looking for an experienced Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH for the night shift. In this responsible function, you will accompany residents professionally and with high professional competence during the night.

A versatile working environment awaits you with attractive employment conditions, a motivated team, and a stable and appreciative nursing environment. A specialist is sought for a workload of 80-100%, however smaller workloads are also possible.

Requirement profile ##

• Completed training as Pflegefachperson HF/FH or equivalent SRK-recognized training
• Several years of professional experience in long-term care
• Experience in the night shift is an advantage
• Independent, resilient and flexible personality
• Responsible and reliable way of working
• Teamwork skills as well as professional interaction with residents and relatives
• Humorous and empathetic basic attitude

• Ensuring professional nursing and care during the night shift
• Professional accompaniment and support of the residents during the night
• Responsibility for a high quality of care in the long-term care sector
• Independent working as well as assessment of complex nursing situations
• Cooperation with interdisciplinary specialists
• Ensuring seamless nursing documentation
• Participation in a safe and calm night operation
