Shift Lead Production (m/f/d) — 80–100 %

WE OFFER YOU THE FOLLOWING TASKS & OPPORTUNITIES

• You lead a shift in our production: You receive the team, brief them for the day, and distribute tasks
• You control the production orders in the ERP system — from creation through the picking of the correct raw material batch to the completion report
• You handle the goods handover with warehouse logistics and are responsible for batches and shelf life (MHD)
• You monitor the quality throughout the day and issue product release
• You monitor retention samples and ensure compliance with cleaning and waste protocols
• You are the contact person for your team and the interface to QM/QS and production management
• You ensure the well-being of your team, rotation at workstations, and adherence to breaks
• At the end of the shift, you lead the daily closing and write the handover to the following shift

IDEALLY, YOU BRING
- Experience in food production and initial leadership experience — or a clear willingness to take this step now

• Confident understanding of machines, processes, and personnel management
• Knowledge of quality and hygiene standards; ideally experience with IFS or HACCP
• A plus point: You are already familiar with ERP systems
• You recognize problems early and solve them in cooperation with QM/QS and production management
• You lead with clarity and trust, thereby creating space for individual responsibility and mutual growth
• Willingness to work shifts including late shifts

(Early shift 6:00–13:15, late shift 13:00–20:00)

• Good German for communication with the team, QM/QS, and management
