Your responsibility Support of the team in the care and promotion of children Flexible deployment in different groups as needed Co-shaping a loving and supportive environment for childcare Implementation of pedagogical concepts Promotion of individual skills and talents of the children Support in parental work and transparent communication Guidance of apprentices and interns Main responsibility for professional business management, the implementation of the specified concepts and the leadership of employees Main responsibility for the children entrusted to us Main responsibility for deployment planning, for safe, clean, tidy and functional infrastructure.
