What you achieve ##

• Receipt of telephone claim notifications
• Independent examination and processing of property insurance claim cases
• Assessment and forwarding of complex claim cases to the field service
• Clarifications with customers and tradespeople
• Advising our customers regarding contractual coverages

What you bring ##

• You have a commercial education and/or experience in the settlement of claim cases, advantage property industry
• You demonstrate a high level of customer orientation and a service mentality
• You possess strong communication skills as well as a reliable and structured way of working
• You are proficient in MS-Office and learn new IT tools quickly
• You speak German with stylistic confidence, Italian/French an advantage
