It ensures the reliable operation and continuous development of IT and accompanies the administration in the digital transformation. To strengthen the Projects & Application Management service, we are looking for an experienced and committed person as IT & Digitalisation Project Manager 80-100 % starting immediately or by agreement, workplace Glarus. Tasks • Global responsibility for digitalization and IT projects from initiation, design and implementation to final success, particularly in the field of specialized applications and administrative processes • Direction and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams and stakeholders as well as guaranteeing collaboration between specialized departments, IT, management and external partners • Digitalization and optimization of business processes in collaboration with specialized departments as well as advice on appropriate digital solutions and their optimal use • Development and introduction of digital services and administrative services, notably in collaboration with the Digital Administration service and for the my.gl.ch service portal • Writing and maintenance of required project documentation, including project mandates, project plans, decision bases and other relevant documents Requirements • Completed higher education in the field of computer science, business administration or a comparable field or equivalent qualification based on long professional experience • Proven experience as a project manager in the autonomous management of demanding and cross-functional projects • Experience in the direction and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams as well as in the management of different interest groups • Analytical and conceptual abilities as well as the ability to quickly understand complex situations and present them in a comprehensible manner • High degree of autonomy, decision-making and persuasion skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working • Confident and convincing presentation at different hierarchical levels • Very good knowledge of German orally and in writing (knowledge of French desired) Your contact For more information, please contact Mauro D-Ambros, head of the Projects & Application Management service, tel. 055 646 65 55.
