The Association is looking for its future General Administrator · General Administratrix (100 %) Your mission As the true right hand to the Association's authorities, you will ensure the administrative, financial, and operational direction of an institution essential to regional life. You will be keen to evolve in an environment where the decisions you make have a concrete impact on a region, its communes, and more than 2,000 students. What you will accomplish Ensuring the general direction of the Association's administration; Supporting the authorities in their strategic decisions; Steering finances, human resources, and infrastructure; Leading major institutional projects, notably the future 4e CO; Supervising regional school, sports, and cultural infrastructures, including the Salle CO2; Preparing strategic dossiers intended for the Comité d'école, the Bureau, and the Assemblée des délégués; Developing strong partnerships with the communes and cantonal authorities; Contributing actively to the evolution and development of the Association. You specifically bring: a higher education degree in management, administration, finance, change management, or an equivalent field; proven experience in a management position with strategic responsibilities; solid skills in financial management and organizational steering; experience in leading complex projects, construction, and infrastructure development; excellent communication, negotiation, and representation skills; an excellent command of French and writing ease; experience within a public or semi-public community is an asset.
