In order to complete the educational team of the MELODIE group, a living space for 8 residents with heterogeneous support, we are looking for a Social Educator, ASE, ASSC or nurse (M/F) at an activity rate of 60%-70%. Mission You actively contribute to the well-being of the residents, ensure their greatest possible autonomy in their journey and a living environment that meets their needs and desires. You aim for the increase and maintenance of their skills and support them in their social and institutional integration. This mission is carried out in a multidisciplinary team and in active collaboration with the social network. Responsibilities Accompanying people in situations of mental disability and associated disorders Providing help to residents in basic care and daily life activities Performing delegated care and medico-technical acts in relation to your level of competence Enriching the implementation of individual and community programs Collaborating in the development of educational strategies adapted to the different needs of the residents for a population of different ages, some presenting challenging behaviors Participating in the choice, implementation, and animation of relaxation and leisure activities Ensuring certain administrative tasks related to the residents and the educational team Desired Profile Diploma in social education at ASE, ES or HES level, ASSC, HES nurse or level 2. Strong interest in the field of community health and in the development of new projects related to sensory approach and communication tools Experience or strong interest in psychiatric care and in supporting aging people Ease in teamwork and communication, and in sharing tasks Good knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office programs Category B driving license desired Working Environment We offer the possibility to participate in the development of an important institution, to take on challenges and, through continuous training, to develop your skills.
