In an inpatient setting, we care for up to 90 patients in the areas of oncology, internal medicine and psychiatry/psychosomatics. Our offering is supplemented by an oncological day clinic and further outpatient services such as general practitioner medicine and nine specialist outpatient clinics. We are there for our patients around the clock, whether in our 24h emergency service, through acute medical care at home (Hospital at Home) or through direct personal contact.

We are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a

Head of Finance 80 - 100%

In this key function, you act at the interface between the management level and the department heads.

Your tasks:

• Preparation and consolidation of the financial statements (OR and SGF) and forecasts
• Preparation of the monthly reporting for the Board of Directors and the clinic management
• Creation of cost accounting according to REKOLE
• Monthly results discussions with the cost center managers and identification of optimization measures
• Development of improvement suggestions for the purpose of efficiency increases, cost reductions etc.
• Business sparring partner for the heads of the individual business units and departments
• Key User for the ERP module Finance and patient administration
• Responsibility for the Accounting, Patient Administration and Controlling teams
• Cooperation with your colleagues from FM, HR and ICT as well as the member of the clinic management responsible for finance

Your profile:

• Completed business administration degree, Fachhochschule or comparable training
• Very good analytical and conceptual skills
• Very good Excel skills
• Knowledge of the CH healthcare system (REKOLE) is an advantage
• Affinity for ERP systems and digitalization projects
