Wil by arrangement Your tasks <br /> • Your focus is on inpatient care and you will take on the professional management of the interdisciplinary team in partnership with dual leadership with the nursing ward management in Wil. • You ensure therapeutic and medical care together with assistant physicians/assistant doctors as well as psychologists. • You accompany and promote the assistant physicians and assistant doctors as well as assistant psychologists assigned to you through structured further training and regular supervision. • Together with the senior physician team and the nursing management, you continuously develop concepts and the orientation of the ward. <br /> Your profile <br /> • You are a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy or are close to completing your specialization as a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy. • You must mandatorily bring a valid professional practice permit (BAB) from the Canton of St. Gallen or the willingness to acquire it before starting the position. • You appreciate inpatient work with mentally ill patients, as well as close cooperation in the interdisciplinary team at eye level.
