Team Leader Therapy 80%

Do you enjoy taking responsibility and are interested in the personnel and professional leadership of a small psychological team? In this role, would you like to pass on your expertise and many years of experience in psychotherapeutic work with adolescents and young adults as well as their environment? Do you also enjoy working with young women* between the ages of 14 and 18 and enjoy supporting them on their way through intensive therapeutic relationship work? Do you design your therapeutic offer with creativity? Is close interdisciplinary cooperation and the joint development and synchronization of a pedagogical-psychological and systemic understanding of cases a matter of course for you? We are looking for a Team Leader Therapy 80% ## starting as of 01.08.2026 or by arrangement. You will start your team leadership task in a clearly structured handover phase with the current leader and will assume overall responsibility from 1 February 2027. What are your tasks? Leadership tasks: • Professional and personnel leadership of two employees • Ensuring a professionally sound, trauma-sensitive psychotherapy offer for around 20 highly psychosocially burdened young women* with special support needs • Ensuring effective interdisciplinary cooperation with the residential and school sectors • Continuation and sustainable anchoring of the therapy offer within the framework of embedding the area in the trauma-sensitive institution Sonnegg, which works according to KOSS • Further development of the therapy offer taking into account the needs of the young women* • Leading the coordination of cooperation with the consulting psychiatrist* • Main responsibility for the management of the medical records of the young women* • Supervision of the administration of psychopharmaceuticals on behalf of the consulting psychiatrist* • Leadership team as well as with specialist centers and authorities • As a member of the leadership team, active participation in the further development of the overall institution • Taking over the management on-call duty according to rotation • Contact person for external specialist psychiatric clinics, as well as for external • Psychologists* and the IV vocational counseling Professional tasks: • Psychotherapeutic support of 6-8 young women* (14 - 18 years old) with various mental burdens, behavioral and personality development disorders, taking into account their specific problems as well as their intellectual and emotional possibilities (individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy) • Developing a clinical impression of the mental situation of the young women* as well as continuous clinical assessment within the framework of individual contacts • Making your expertise available within the framework of joint interdisciplinary case understanding at the reference person level, in participation in case development, and towards the socio-pedagogical case management • Close interdisciplinary cooperation with the residential and school reference persons • If necessary, support of crisis interventions in close consultation with the socio-pedagogical area • Participation and collaboration in events with the young women* as well as internal specialist and interdisciplinary projects • Planning of therapy appointments What do you bring with you? • Completed psychology degree and federally recognized psychotherapy training • Several years of professional experience in therapeutic work with adolescents/young adults and their families - ideally in an institutional inpatient setting • Experience in the professional and personnel leadership of employees, possibly with appropriate further training, or willingness to acquire the knowledge through further training • Trauma therapeutic and/or body-oriented therapeutic additional qualification • Professional and methodological competence regarding different psychosocial • Abnormalities, personality disorders, adolescence, and conduct disorders • Commitment to working for and with young women* • Willingness for self-reflection • Personal responsibility, independence, and resilience What do we offer you? • An interesting, demanding, and varied therapeutic • Activity in an extremely supportive inpatient institutional framework • An innovative, interdisciplinary setting working towards self-empowerment, which enables development for young women* • An independent, interdisciplinary connected work area • Getting to know the KOSS methodology (after Kitty Cassée), a trauma-sensitive attitude, as well as Nonviolent Communication (after M.
