As part of a further expansion of activities for the RAPPERSWIL site, I have been commissioned to search for a committed, skilled and versatile personality CONSTRUCTOR / PRODUCT DESIGNER (w/m) Your tasks: Responsibility for a defined, complex and versatile area in detailed construction in the bending and stamping area Development and coordination of technical documentation for assembly tools, follow-up compound tools, systems and general equipment Ensuring high-quality product designs, their detailed drawings (mostly in CAD), design discussions and parts lists Further development and implementation with regard to increasing efficiency, project optimizations, key figures and analyses and feasibility studies as well as offers Regular exchange with the direct supervisor and other specialists in the team, active interdisciplinary cooperation in various projects in the specialist area (further developments, representations, supplier support, etc.) Your profile: Technical basic training mandatory with further training in the field of design, machine/metal construction at the HF/FH/Bachelor level (or equivalent) Proof of performance in a central function of a production or manufacturing company with a flat hierarchy and short decision-making paths Several years of specialist experience in the construction area Skilled handling of process and development topics in an industrial or processing environment (or comparable sector) Very good German in word and writing, negotiation-secure business English, pronounced desire for an all-rounder activity, good knowledge of standards as well as CAD, MS-Office and ERP of great advantage Can I inspire you to take on a decisive role in a multicultural and competent company?
