We are looking for, for an immediate start or to be agreed, an honest (m/f) employee with solid technical skills to strengthen our customer service team.

Your mission

• Ensure the troubleshooting and maintenance of extractor hoods directly at our customers' premises
• Carry out interventions with full autonomy, in compliance with the company's quality standards
• Explanation of the devices to users
• Working region: Suisse romande

Your profile

• Completed training as a mounting electrician, installation electrician, electronics technician, automation technician, automotive mechatronics technician or equivalent
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a field service technician, experience in the field of household appliances or ventilation, an asset
• Manual skills and technical sense
• Holder of the OIBT authorization art. 15 or willing to follow the necessary training to obtain it
• You have perfect command of French and have good knowledge of German; knowledge of English is an asset
• Comfortable with Windows and Office applications, affinity with IT, an asset
• Team spirit
• Enjoyment of contact and customer advice
• Ready to follow continuous training
• Category B driving license
