Our client is a leading competence center for inpatient psychiatry and psychotherapy in Central Switzerland. As an institution, it covers the basic psychiatric care of the adult population on behalf of the psychiatric concordat of the cantons Uri, Schwyz, and Zug. In the three treatment centers, our client offers acute emergency treatments and inpatient crisis interventions in addition to the regular treatment of mentally ill people of all insurance categories.

Job Description ##

• Independent and competent execution of nursing processes.
• Coordination and monitoring of medication and therapies.
• Professional documentation and ensuring nursing quality.
• Cooperation in the interdisciplinary team
• Accompanying and supporting trainees and students

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF or FH.
• Professional experience in a relevant specialist field is an advantage.
• Sense of responsibility and high social competence.
• Resilience, flexibility, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of IT/PC applications.
• Willingness for flexible working hours and weekend services.
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing.
