Team Leader E-Shop Logistics

These are your tasks

Leading and coordinating: Together with the team leaders, you lead around 50 employees and ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Supporting and representing: You support the department manager and take over his deputy role in his absence.
Solving problems: You recognize malfunctions and deviations and initiate appropriate measures.
Ensuring quality: You guarantee compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and internal guidelines.
Promoting cooperation: You support the team leaders and jointly optimize the logistics processes.

What you should bring

You have completed basic training as a Logistiker:in EFZ or a comparable training.
You think entrepreneurially, work in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and maintain an overview even with a high workload.
You are a responsible, assertive, and team-oriented leader who motivates employees and makes clear decisions.
You have very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as good IT skills.
Experience with warehouse management or logistics systems is an advantage.

Working hours:

1. Shift 06:00 - 15:00
2. Shift 09:00 - 18:00

Every third Saturday from 06:00 - 15:00, in return a compensation day during the week
