Area Sales Manager - Mittelland (DE/FRA)

Our client is an established company with a strong market presence in Switzerland. To support further growth, we are looking for a sales-oriented personality with a strong customer and business affinity.

Job Description

• Support and assistance to several locations in the Mittelland region
• Analysis of sales key figures as well as implementation of measures for business and performance development
• Coaching and support of the local teams regarding commercial issues
• Ensuring consistent implementation of sales standards and customer processes
• Identification of market potentials and growth opportunities within the supported region
• Close cooperation with internal stakeholders to implement sales and marketing initiatives
• Regular travel within Switzerland

Profile

• Several years of experience in sales, business development, or in a regional support function
• Experience in a consultancy-oriented B2B2C environment
• Experience from the fields of Healthcare, MedTech, Retail, or comparable industries
• Experience in working with multiple locations or branch structures
• Strong communication and relationship skills
• Good analytical skills as well as entrepreneurial thinking
• Fluent German and French skills are mandatory - English B2
• Residence ideally in the Mittelland or high willingness to travel within Switzerland
