Job description
We are looking for a childcare specialist with a specialization in children as a complement to our team. Our bright and child-friendly rooms are located in the KiTs Wattenwil on the Hagen school grounds. The rooms offer enough space for our children's group of max.12 children. We care for children aged 0-6 years in an age-appropriate group. Kitalina Wattenwil was opened in August 2025. We are still in the development phase and still have vacancies on several days and thus the children's group is not yet full. What we offer: We are a young, dynamic and small team. The operational management and the site management are present in everyday life and lead with a flat hierarchy. All employees are involved in meetings and change processes and have space to contribute individually. Jointly leading the children's group according to the socio-pedagogical principles of the Kita with other group leaders and trainees
Coordination as well as organization of the Kita daily routine
Design of a flexible, creative and varied group life
Building a personal relationship with every single child
Recording the child's developmental stage and promoting it if necessary
Responsibility for settling in, departures of the children and parent conversations
Our new team member should become a permanent part of the Wattenwil location. However, we work across locations, all team members know each other and we help out at the other location in the event of personnel shortages, and further training and meetings also take place together.
