What awaits you with us

• You accompany the implementation of digital processes and/or new functions from specification to configuration and bring them to a successful conclusion.
• You are close to the specialist departments, clarify complex technical as well as specialist questions, and bring structure to demanding requirements.
• You specify User Stories and ensure implementation (incl. acceptance and testing).
• You communicate confidently and at eye level with specialist departments and technical contact persons, understand their different requirements, and create sustainable solutions for all parties involved through your ability to mediate.
• You work closely with our external and internal partners.
• Depending on the topic, you take on additional responsibility in the role of project manager.

What you bring with you

• Completed studies in natural sciences, computer science, business informatics, or business administration, or a similar education.
• Initial professional experience in the field of digitalization or as a Business Analyst.
• Stakeholder management both internally and with external partners.
• Flair/interest in technological trends and experience in agile project management and in business analysis.
• A high awareness of quality, a structured way of working with clear priorities, and a desire for a service-oriented, dynamic environment.
