Your mission Participate in the development and optimization of machining processes by programming and improving CNC programs in order to guarantee high-performance, reliable production that complies with quality requirements. Your major responsibilities Program new parts and continuously optimize CNC programs using CAM software. Commission and validate programs on 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machining centers. Analyze and optimize new manufacturing processes to ensure stable and efficient production operation. Participate in technical improvements and the industrialization of new products. Provide technical support to setters and operators. Guarantee compliance with quality, productivity, and safety standards. Document programs, machining strategies, and technical data. Integrate technical data into Windchill while respecting designation standards as well as the archiving workflow. Follow development and ensure the fine-tuning of post-processors. Create and maintain: cutting tools as well as fixtures. tool databases. phase plans. DXF files. industrial volumes. Your background and skills Technician and/or micromechanic training or a title deemed equivalent Additional training or experience in advanced manufacturing processes Solid knowledge of CNC machining Mastery of CAM programming on PTC Creo Knowledge of 3 and 5-axis machining centers Experience in automation and optimization of manufacturing processes Mastery of programming on GibbsCAM, a plus Mastery of the Windows environment and the Office suite Good analytical and synthesis skills Autonomy and good organization Good communicator, team spirit Versatility, flexibility Proactive in continuous improvement Contract type: Permanent contract (CDI) Occupancy rate: Full time
